Returns & Exchange Policy

At Rose Bay Podiatry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

  • Refunds are available for change of mind within 14 days of your order date.

  • To qualify, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and return postage costs.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will happily provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

  • Please include photos and your order number when contacting us so we can resolve the issue quickly.

How to Arrange a Return

  1. Email info@rosebaypodiatry.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
