Change of Mind

Refunds are available for change of mind within 14 days of your order date.

To qualify, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and return postage costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will happily provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

How to Arrange a Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
